We went back to Perrault Farms, but this time to snag some of the stickiest Mosaic in the Yakima Valley. The crew stuffed 400 lbs of fresh Mosaic into our makeshift hop back for each batch, and then topped it off with more Mosaic pellets in the dry hop. We also invited Mosaic's good friend, Citra, to hangout in the dry hop since they seem to get along so well. Contains wheat.
