Darn tasty IPA
This batch has over 4 pounds of hops per barrel: 2/3 Chinook hops (courtesy of Roy Farms in Moxee) with 1/3 Centennial hops. The resulting deep copper IPA comes out piney and citrusy with a spicy character accentuated by 10% Rye malt. Part of the Point Break series of IPAs.
