Our Sea of Life series starts with a wild Golden Ale fermented with brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus. From there, the beer is transferred to barrels for additional aging on a selection of fruit or in specialty barrels. Contains wheat. 
Cabernet -  aged 9 months in local wine casks on Washington Cabernet grape skins. 8.7% ABV
Gin Barrel - aged 10 months in second use gin barrels 5.5% ABV
Peach - aged 9 months in neutral wine and whiskey casks and re-fermented with peaches 5.5% ABV
Sangiovese - aged 9 months in local wine casks on Washington Sangiovese grape skins. 8.9% ABV
Wine + Whiskey - aged 9 months in a blend of local wine and Woodenville Whiskey barrels. 6.7% ABV
