A full bodied beer with intense chocolate, coffee and dark malt flavors, a creamy texture from the oats, and a subtle earthy hoppiness. Often the flavor profile of a chocolate stout is achieved by malt selection and cocoa nibs, but in the case of Lisa's, we add actual chocolate in the boil, 30 pounds of Seattle Chocolate's chocolate to be exact.  Contains wheat, milk.
