This lacto fermented pumpkin saison is light, tart, fruity and gourdy. The pumpkin puree was fermented with lacto first, and then added to the wort and fermented with a French Saison yeast. It's like Autumn packed up a whole bunch of pumpkins and went to Spring Break in France.
