Yuimaru Rice Lager: In Okinawan (Ryukyuan) culture, Yuimaru (結いまーる) is a term that expresses the deep-rooted values of collective care and strong community. This beer is a celebration of those values, with 100% of the proceeds donated to Okinawa Kenjin Kai (OKK), a local Okinawan cultural performing arts group. Members of OKK, including our very own graphic designer Kat, perform traditional Okinawan art forms like sanshin, taiko, and dance.
