offerings
We offer pints in addition to 64oz growlers, cans, and kegs to go. As our hours are limited, we encourage you to explore our neighborhood where there is plenty of Georgetown beer on tap.
We do not have food onsite, but you can pick up something in the neighborhood, or we can offer a delivery suggestion while you are here!
Visiting from out of town and can’t take the beer with you? We might have a shirt or hat just your size that would make a great souvenir.
Inclusivity is important to us
Both children and dogs are always allowed in our tasting room! But they must stay with your party at all times.
Inclusivity is important to us. We are wheelchair accessible and have some low seating options (with more on the way!). We also have gender neutral bathrooms. If there is something we have overlooked, or something you think we can do better to create a more inclusive experience, please let us know!

HOPPY
Bodhizafa IPA: With flavors and aromas of mandarin and citrus, this IPA gets its light, silky texture from rolled oats. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Columbus, Chinook, Citra®, Mosaic hops. ABV 6.9%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $12, growler fill $10
Dalton IPA: When starting to brew experimental beers, all you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your hopping schedule. Expect the unexpected. Two, trying different techniques is absolutely necessary. And three, be nice. Dalton is Bodhizafa’s close cousin, but with a softer roundhouse kick of peach, orange zest, mixed berry and sweet pine notes. And it is very nice. ABV 6.5%
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, six pack $12, growler fill $11
Fresh Hop Strata IPA (Gigantic collab): Made exclusively with Strata hops from Goschie Farms and Westwood Farms in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley, this beer uses over 13lbs of fresh Strata hops per barrel, along with a little kiss of Strata dry hop - so as not to overpower the delicate fresh hop evanescence. Bright, lively flavors and aromas of strawberry leaves, mango, peach, citrus and that fresh hop "jean ne sais quoi" make this a perfect beer to celebrate the Fall hop harvest from Oregon. ABV 6.2%
4oz $4.50, 10oz $6.25, 16oz $8.25
Hazy For you Hazy IPA: Brewer Connor and Amber Pacific guitarist Justin Westcott put together a big silly juicy East Coast Hazy IPA that's bursting with flavors and aromas of orange & peach cream, pineapple and lemon zest. (what the heck is "peach cream”?) El Dorado, Citra, Nectaron, Anchovy hops. ABV 6.6% Contains wheat.
4oz $4.50, 10oz $6.25, 16oz $8.25, growler fill $12
In Bloom Fresh Hop Strata IPA (Structures collab): Our first FH IPA is finally here! Brewed with our friends at Structures Brewing in Bellingham, this beer contains an irresponsible amount of fresh Strata hops from Coleman Agriculture. Fresh Strata, Simcoe, Centennial hops. ABV 7.1%
4oz $5, 10oz $7.50, 16oz $9
Johnny Utah Pale Ale: With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 5.6%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $11, growler fill $10
Juniorzafa IPA: Modeled after the Bodhizafa recipe, but brewed to be lighter, Juniorzafa still has the bright, tropical aromas from the Citra, Mosaic and Chinook hops you love - but with a lower ABV! ABV 5.4%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill $10
Lucille IPA: A classic PNW style IPA with flavors and aromas of fresh pine, navel orange zest, mild strawberry and an appropriate bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. Columbus, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Comet hops. ABV 7.0%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $12, growler fill $10
West Coast Bodhizafa IPA: We took some Bodhizafa off to the side and fermented it with Chico Ale yeast instead of our Georgetown House yeast. The result is a bright crisp version with similar flavors and aromas, but also some quite different flavors and aromas. We'll let you try them and decide. Columbus, Citra, Mosaic, Chinook hops. ABV 6.9%
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, growler fill $11

Gusto Crema Coffee Ale: Building on Gusto Crema blend, a medium roasted bean from our friends at Caffè Umbria, we made a smooth, rich cream ale. This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt. Gold medal winner in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016! Contains lactose. ABV 4.6%

4oz $2.75, 10oz $4.50, 16oz $6, growler fill $9
Roger’s Pilsner: Oregon grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma, while the malt character is accentuated by a German Lager yeast that ferments dry but round and complex. Sterling hops. ABV 4.9%

Tiburón Chido Hispanic Heritage Vienna Lager: Did you know that the only true Vienna lager in the world has long been brewed in Mexico? Thanks to the quirks of history, this classic European style found a second home in Mexico, because sometimes style outlives empire. And we’re bringing it back with a local twist! Brewed by Joe and Tina, Tiburón Chido is a crystal-clear, deep golden lager with lively carbonation and a bright white head. The rich breadiness of the malts pairs beautifully with the clean bitterness of Saaz hops—you’d swear you were strolling along the Danube to the sounds of Mozart and Strauss... or maybe through Mexico City’s Plaza de la Constitución. Named after Joe’s cat, Tiburón means shark, Chido means "cool," or "rad.” All proceeds go to Seattle's Casa Latina who provides education, programs, and resources for Latinx immigrants. ABV 5.7%4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill $10
Tomtoberfest Oktoberfest Lager: While Oktoberfest beers have been trending lighter over the years, Tom brewed this beer to be closer to the original Oktoberfest style. A malt forward lager with caramel and toasted malt flavors, Tomtoberfest is highly carbonated and effervescent with sweet aroma but a dry finish. Light hop aroma and flavor add to the crispness of the beer without inhibiting the malt profile. ABV 6.2%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill $10
MALTY ⋆ DARK ⋆ STRONG
9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%
4oz $2.75, 10oz $4.50, 16oz $6, six pack $11, growler fill $9
18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for nearly a year in bourbon barrels. The final blend tempers the hot and heavy nature of Heaven Hill casks with a softer, more mellow bourbon from a selection of wheated bourbon casks. Tasting notes include cocoa dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs.

We prefill all of our growlers with a custom 3 head growler filler. We sold 99,128 growlers in 2016 so you can see why we do it this way!
You make a one time purchase for the growler glass ($6) and the beer fill. When you’ve finished your beer, rinse out your growler, bring it back, and we’ll send you home with one that is already filled and ready to go and you only pay the price of the beer fill.
Please note, this is not a deposit program, so we do not give money back for empty growlers. If you can’t use your growler anymore, gift it to a friend!
Our prefilled growlers are as fresh as they get and will last unopened for two weeks in the fridge, sometimes more (but they never stick around that long).

We look forward to seeing you!
