Inclusivity is important to us. We are wheelchair accessible and have some low seating options (with more on the way!). We also have gender neutral bathrooms. If there is something we have overlooked, or something you think we can do better to create a more inclusive experience, please let us know!

Dalton IPA: When starting to brew experimental beers, all you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your hopping schedule. Expect the unexpected. Two, trying different techniques is absolutely necessary. And three, be nice. Dalton is Bodhizafa’s close cousin, but with a softer roundhouse kick of peach, orange zest, mixed berry and sweet pine notes. And it is very nice. ABV 6.5%

Matcha Wipeout Pale Ale: We took 1.5 barrels of our beloved Utah and dosed it with 2 pounds of premium ceremonial grade matcha from our friends at Jade Leaf Matcha to create a refreshing twist on a classic. On the nose, it’s all about the matcha: rich, floral, and unmistakably fragrant. The flavor brings a gentle bitterness, earthy umami, and a hint of nuttiness (think walnut, or maybe that’s just us). Still the Utah you know—same ingredients, same ABV—just steeped with an extra layer of complexity and a little caffeine kick. Citra, Mosaic hops. contains caffeine. ABV 5.6%

Johnny Utah Pale Ale: With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 5.6%

Lucille IPA: A classic PNW style IPA with flavors and aromas of fresh pine, navel orange zest, mild strawberry and an appropriate bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. Columbus, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Comet hops. ABV 7.0%

Super Lucy Double WC IPA: This super double West Coast IPA has super flavors and aromas of ripened navel orange zest, spring spruce and the Pacific Northwest. Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Columbus, and Comet hops. ABV 7.9%

A Letter To A Wildflower Hoppy Wheat Ale: A lightly hazy fluffy wheat beer redolent with flavors of ribes (that's "currants" for you savages), sauvignon blanc, stone fruit, pine, citrus peel, and a little lychee. Columbus, Cascade, Krush, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. Contains wheat. ABV 5.5%

Carpenter Kolsch-Style Ale: A lustrous and smooth type of beer, with flavors and aromas of lightly toasted cracker,  mild orange blossom, and honeysuckle. Brewed for our friends at Parkway Tavern in Tacoma to celebrate 90 years! Sterling hops. Contains wheat. ABV 4.9%

Manny’s Pale Ale: Our Flagship beer! A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. Crisp, clean and smooth with hints of citrus and fruit. Summit, Cascade hops. ABV 5.4%

Roger’s Pilsner: Oregon grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma, while the malt character is accentuated by a German Lager yeast that ferments dry but round and complex. Sterling hops. ABV 4.9%

MALTY ⋆ DARK ⋆ STRONG

9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%

18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for nearly a year in bourbon barrels. The final blend tempers the hot and heavy nature of Heaven Hill casks with a softer, more mellow bourbon from a selection of wheated bourbon casks. Tasting notes include cocoa dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs.

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%
