Both children and dogs are always allowed in our tasting room! But they must stay with your party at all times.

Inclusivity is important to us. We are wheelchair accessible and have some low seating options (with more on the way!). We also have gender neutral bathrooms. If there is something we have overlooked, or something you think we can do better to create a more inclusive experience, please let us know!

Meowsa! DIPA: Medwards says "If you force fed a watermelon a steady diet of mandarin oranges and pineapples and then dropped said watermelon into a wood chipper, this beer has the resulting aromas and flavors that came out of the business end of that wood chipper.”  Citra, Simcoe, Krush hops. ABV 8.1%

Gusto Crema Coffee Ale: Building on Gusto Crema blend, a medium roasted bean from our friends at Caffè Umbria, we made a smooth, rich cream ale. This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt. Gold medal winner in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016! Contains lactose. ABV 4.6%

Manny’s Pale Ale: Our Flagship beer! A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. Crisp, clean and smooth with hints of citrus and fruit. Summit, Cascade hops. ABV 5.4%

MALTY ⋆ DARK ⋆ STRONG

9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%

18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for 9 monhts in 1792 Distillery bourbon barrels. Tasting notes include cocoa-dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs. ABV 9.7%

18lb Armagnac Imperial Porter: This brandy variant is slightly more vinous than the regular 18lb while still leaning into the barrel spice, dark cherry, and tobacco layers of the barrel aged imperial porter you know and love. ABV 8.8%

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%

Pirate Captain Dark Lager: A robust lager, rich with chocolate aromas and roasted flavors. This lager starts smooth and light, yet finishes with a velvety mouthfeel enjoyed by working captains and partying pirates alike. ABV 6%

Winterlude Winter Warmer Ale: Tasked with making s"omething like a celebration ale", brewer Scott made a beer that is full-bodied and malt driven with a strong hop backbone. ABV 6%

FRUITY * SOUR * PECULIAR

Sky of Life Wild Golden Ale with Raspberry: this ale is all about that big jammy aroma. Citrus and light lactic pop at the first sip gives way to sweet raspberry jam complemented by grainy undertones from locally grown and malted rye (lingering spice), wheat (soft & pillowy), spelt (grapenut), and light Munich (fresh sweet rolls).  Finishes dry. It's like drinking an uncrustable but they forgot the peanut butter, alright? *contains wheat* ABV 6.5%
