Inclusivity is important to us. We are wheelchair accessible and have some low seating options (with more on the way!). We also have gender neutral bathrooms. If there is something we have overlooked, or something you think we can do better to create a more inclusive experience, please let us know!

Cool Cat Cold IPA: Brewer Matt Chan made dry modern West Coast-style Cold IPA with notes of melon, peach, orange juice and a satisfying pithy resiny bitter finish. Columbus, Simcoe, Mosaic Dynaboost™ Hop Extract, Citra, and El Dorado hops. ABV 6.8%

Heritage IPA: This year’s hazy version tastes like someone hollowed out a pineapple and filled it full of sunshine and joy. 100% of proceeds from Heritage Collaboration IPA will go toward supporting student scholarships at Heritage University, rooted in the homeland of the Yakama Nation. More than half of the student body are either children of agricultural workers oragricultural workers themselves, so this collab not only supports our amazing hop industry, but the ag workers, and their families, who grow and harvest the hops.  ABV 6.8%

Johnny Utah Pale Ale: With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 5.6%

Lucille IPA: A classic PNW style IPA with flavors and aromas of fresh pine, navel orange zest, mild strawberry and an appropriate bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. Columbus, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Comet hops. ABV 7.0%

Meowsa! DIPA: Medwards says "If you force fed a watermelon a steady diet of mandarin oranges and pineapples and then dropped said watermelon into a wood chipper, this beer has the resulting aromas and flavors that came out of the business end of that wood chipper.”  Citra, Simcoe, Krush hops. ABV 8.1%

Trevor's Revenge Triple India Pale Ale: Brewed for our friends at Local Boys for their anniversary, Trevor's Revenge is kinda like a monster truck that's made out of pineapple and runs on fruit salad. Prepare to get flattened by its deliciousness. Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Krush, Nectaron and Columbus hops. ABV 9.3%

Gusto Crema Coffee Ale: Building on Gusto Crema blend, a medium roasted bean from our friends at Caffè Umbria, we made a smooth, rich cream ale. This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt. Gold medal winner in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016! Contains lactose. ABV 4.6%

Manny’s Pale Ale: Our Flagship beer! A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. Crisp, clean and smooth with hints of citrus and fruit. Summit, Cascade hops. ABV 5.4%

Roger’s Pilsner: Oregon grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma, while the malt character is accentuated by a German Lager yeast that ferments dry but round and complex. Sterling hops. ABV 4.9%

MALTY ⋆ DARK ⋆ STRONG

9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%

18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for 9 monhts in 1792 Distillery bourbon barrels. Tasting notes include cocoa-dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs. ABV 9.7%

18lb Armagnac Imperial Porter: This brandy variant is slightly more vinous than the regular 18lb while still leaning into the barrel spice, dark cherry, and tobacco layers of the barrel aged imperial porter you know and love. ABV 8.8%

Dark Lark Barrel Aged Beer: This project was a long time coming. The BA Basket Case imperial dark lager was brewed on 2/6/24, the BA 18# imperial porter way back on 12/17/23. Small portions of each were diverted from the main stream and blended in a Peach Street whiskey cask from Palisade, CO on 3/2/24. The result is a 12.8% embrace of warm whiskey and roasty dark malts. Flavors range the gamut, from fresh biscuit to marzipan to espresso to cacao nibs and beyond. So much to love, so long to wait. ABV 12.8%

Lisa's The Sun Is Trying To Kill Me Chocolate Stout: A full bodied beer with intense chocolate, coffee and dark malt flavors, a creamy texture from the oats, and a subtle earthy hoppiness. Often the flavor profile of a chocolate stout is achieved by malt selection and cocoa nibs, but in the case of Lisa's, we also add actual chocolate in the boil - 25 pounds of Maeve Chocolate's dark and milk chocolate to be exact!  Contains wheat, milk. ABV 7.3%

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%
