Join us in the tasting room!

We are open 10am-8pm everyday! Scroll down for our tap menu!

offerings

We offer pints in addition to 64oz growlers, cans, and kegs to go. As our hours are limited, we encourage you to explore our neighborhood where there is plenty of Georgetown beer on tap.

We do not have food onsite, but you can pick up something in the neighborhood, or we can offer a delivery suggestion while you are here!

Visiting from out of town and can’t take the beer with you? We might have a shirt or hat just your size that would make a great souvenir.

Inclusivity is important to us

Both children and dogs are always allowed in our tasting room! But they must stay with your party at all times.

Inclusivity is important to us. We are wheelchair accessible and have some low seating options (with more on the way!). We also have gender neutral bathrooms. If there is something we have overlooked, or something you think we can do better to create a more inclusive experience, please let us know!

HOPPY

Bodhizafa IPA: With flavors and aromas of mandarin and citrus, this IPA gets its light, silky texture from rolled oats. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Columbus, Chinook, Citra®, Mosaic hops. ABV 6.9%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $12, growler fill $10

Dalton IPA: When starting to brew experimental beers, all you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your hopping schedule. Expect the unexpected. Two, trying different techniques is absolutely necessary. And three, be nice. Dalton is Bodhizafa’s close cousin, but with a softer roundhouse kick of peach, orange zest, mixed berry and sweet pine notes. And it is very nice. ABV 6.5%
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, six pack $12, growler fill $11

Ecosphere Pale Ale: A straight ahead old school pale ale with light hay-like sweetness in the aroma and low/moderate bitterness on the palate. No fancy dry hops or whirlpool hops, just a small bittering and a late kettle addition (all salmon safe hops!) to deliver a citrus-forward (grapefruit pith, lemon) sessionable pale ale with resiny pine on the finish. A portion of proceeds benefit WA Wild and Stewardship Partners. ABV 5.6%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill $10

Johnny Utah Pale Ale: With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 5.6%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $11, growler fill $10

Lucille IPA: A classic PNW style IPA with flavors and aromas of fresh pine, navel orange zest, mild strawberry and an appropriate bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. Columbus, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Comet hops. ABV 7.0%

MALTY ⋆ DARK ⋆ STRONG

9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%
4oz $2.75, 10oz $4.50, 16oz $6, six pack $11, growler fill $9

18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for nearly a year in bourbon barrels. The final blend tempers the hot and heavy nature of Heaven Hill casks with a softer, more mellow bourbon from a selection of wheated bourbon casks. Tasting notes include cocoa dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs.
ABV 10.5%
4oz $5, 10oz $7.50, 22oz bottle $16

Bob's Brown Ale: Charles "Bob" Hirsch (1984-2005) is our inspiration for Bob's Brown Ale, having fought cancer for half of his 21 years. We brew this beer in his memory and donate 100% of the proceeds to Ronald McDonald House Charities. Bob's mom, Sue, chose RMHC as the recipient charity for our donation, saying "They put us up for treatment every time we came in from Alaska." We raise a glass to remember Bob on May 14th, his birthday, every year. ABV 5.1%

4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%

custom automatic grower cleaner and filler machine

Our Growler Program is a little different

We prefill all of our growlers with a custom 3 head growler filler. We sold 99,128 growlers in 2016 so you can see why we do it this way!

You make a one time purchase for the growler glass ($5) and the beer fill. When you’ve finished your beer, rinse out your growler, bring it back, and we’ll send you home with one that is already filled and ready to go and you only pay the price of the beer fill.

Please note, this is not a deposit program, so we do not give money back for empty growlers. If you can’t use your growler anymore, gift it to a friend!

Our prefilled growlers are as fresh as they get and will last unopened for two weeks in the fridge, sometimes more (but they never stick around that long).
