Inclusivity is important to us. We are wheelchair accessible and have some low seating options (with more on the way!). We also have gender neutral bathrooms. FRESH HOP!

Fresh Hop Dalton: We took our base recipe for Dalton IPA and added an additional 33lbs per barrel of fresh Krush hops from Perrault Hop Farms to give this beer an extra fresh kick and raw hop nectar character. Columbus, Citra, Krush, Chinook, Fresh Krush hops. ABV 6.8%

HOPPY

Bodhizafa IPA: With flavors and aromas of mandarin and citrus, this IPA gets its light, silky texture from rolled oats. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Columbus, Chinook, Citra®, Mosaic hops. ABV 6.9%

Dalton IPA: When starting to brew experimental beers, all you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your hopping schedule. Expect the unexpected. Two, trying different techniques is absolutely necessary. And three, be nice. Dalton is Bodhizafa’s close cousin, but with a softer roundhouse kick of peach, orange zest, mixed berry and sweet pine notes. And it is very nice. ABV 6.5%

Johnny Utah Pale Ale: With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 5.6%

Lucille IPA: A classic PNW style IPA with flavors and aromas of fresh pine, navel orange zest, mild strawberry and an appropriate bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. Columbus, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Comet hops. ABV 7.0%

Pressure Drop IPA: They say when it drops, oh, you gonna feel it. A bright yellow hazy IPA with flavors and aromas of ripe peach, navel orange and lychee. CItra, Mosiac, Nectaron hops. ABV 6.6%

Super Lucy WC Double IPA: It's like Lucille, but, like, super, with flavors and aromas of ripened navel orange zest, Spring spruce and the Pacific Northwest. ABV 8%

Tao of Manny West Coast IPA: What would happen if two breweries used the same ingredients, same basic recipe, but brewed it at their respective breweries? Well, you’re about to find out with this collaboration with pFriem Family Brewers. Our version is a super bright West Coast IPA with flavors and aromas of ripe pineapple, guava, sweet pine and stone fruit. Chinook, Citra, Mosaic, DynaBoost Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, LupoMax Krush hops. ABV 7%

Festbier: From the German "festbier", which translates to "fest beer". Our version is a straw colored single decocted modern festbier with a sweet bready/cracker malt flavor supported by a firm yet balanced noble hop bitterness and dry finish. Saphir, Hallertau Mittelfrüher hops. ABV 5.8%

Gusto Crema Coffee Ale: Building on Gusto Crema blend, a medium roasted bean from our friends at Caffè Umbria, we made a smooth, rich cream ale. This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt. Gold medal winner in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016! Contains lactose. ABV 4.6%

Harvest Moon Pale Lager: Harvest Moon Pale Lager was brewed in celebration of brewer Andrew’s wedding during this year’s harvest moon. It is inspired by Czech-style pale lagers and was hopped exclusively with Czech Saaz hops. Expect a medium body beer with bready malt character, a spicy noble hop finish, and a hint of holy matrimony. ABV 5%

Hasta La Raiz Mexican Lime Lager: Brewer Tina made this malt forward, crushable lager with a hint of lime to participate in the international collaboration supporting immigrant rights. Beer is rooted in agriculture and made possible by the hardworking people and immigrants who bring it to life. Proceeds from this beer will benefit Freedom for Immigrants, whose mission is to end detention and fight for dignity, freedom, and human rights. ABV 5.7%

Low Key Nordic Pale Ale: Clear, crisp, and deceivingly strong, this sessionable ale is made with a new yeast from our friends at Kveik Yeastery in Norway. The Eitrheim yeast strain brings bold esters of ripe apricot and peach that transition easily into a refreshing pine finish. So raise a glass and skål (cheers), it's time to party! Simcoe, Nectaron hops. ABV 6.1%

Manny’s Pale Ale: Our Flagship beer! A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. Crisp, clean and smooth with hints of citrus and fruit. Summit, Cascade hops. ABV 5.4%

MALTY ⋆ DARK ⋆ STRONG

9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%

18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for nearly a year in bourbon barrels. The final blend tempers the hot and heavy nature of Heaven Hill casks with a softer, more mellow bourbon from a selection of wheated bourbon casks. Tasting notes include cocoa dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs.

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%
