Join us in the tasting room!

We are open 10am-8pm everyday! Scroll down for our tap menu!

offerings

We offer pints in addition to 64oz growlers, cans, and kegs to go. As our hours are limited, we encourage you to explore our neighborhood where there is plenty of Georgetown beer on tap.

We do not have food onsite, but you can pick up something in the neighborhood, or we can offer a delivery suggestion while you are here!

Visiting from out of town and can’t take the beer with you? We might have a shirt or hat just your size that would make a great souvenir.

Inclusivity is important to us

Both children and dogs are always allowed in our tasting room! But they must stay with your party at all times.

Inclusivity is important to us. We are wheelchair accessible and have some low seating options (with more on the way!). We also have gender neutral bathrooms. If there is something we have overlooked, or something you think we can do better to create a more inclusive experience, please let us know!

JULY 7

HOPPY

Bodhizafa IPA: With flavors and aromas of mandarin and citrus, this IPA gets its light, silky texture from rolled oats. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Columbus, Chinook, Citra®, Mosaic hops. ABV 6.9%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $12, growler fill $10

Burton IPA: We brewed up a batch of hazy IPA with Camp Goodtimes Brewer For a Day auction winners Lisa and Tim. This easy drinking hazy has flavors and aromas of ripe orange zest, mild pineapple and persimmon (it's an orange fruit that looks kinda like a tomato). Contains wheat. Citra, Simcoe hops. ABV 6%
4oz $4.50, 10oz $6.25, 16oz $8.25, growler fill $12

Connect IPA: A bright and shining WC IPA with flavors and aromas of distant cedar, dried orange zest and white pear with a bitter snap. Proceeds will be donated to NAMI Seattle, a non profit dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Remember to connect! You're not alone!
4oz $4.50, 10oz $6.25, 16oz $8.25, growler fill $12

Dalton IPA: When starting to brew experimental beers, all you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your hopping schedule. Expect the unexpected. Two, trying different techniques is absolutely necessary. And three, be nice. Dalton is Bodhizafa’s close cousin, but with a softer roundhouse kick of peach, orange zest, mixed berry and sweet pine notes. And it is very nice. ABV 6.5%
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, six pack $12, growler fill $11

Johnny Utah Pale Ale: With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 5.6%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $11, growler fill $10

Juniorzafa IPA: Modeled after the Bodhizafa recipe, but brewed to be lighter, Juniorzafa still has the bright tropical aromas from the Citra, Mosaic and Chinook hops you love, but with a lower ABV. Citra, Mosaic, Chinook hops. ABV 5.3%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill $10

Lucille IPA: A classic PNW style IPA with flavors and aromas of fresh pine, navel orange zest, mild strawberry and an appropriate bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. Columbus, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Comet hops. ABV 7.0%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $12, growler fill $10

Open Your Mind IPA: Former Gtown brewer, Tom lookalike, and all around good guy Kyle from Gasworks Brewing came by the brewery to mess up the guest towels and brew a beer with Medwards. Naturally it was a disaster. JK, it's delicious. A bright and crisp IPA with flavors and aromas of apricot, dried pineapple, lemon zest and white grape. Look for it here and at Gasworks!
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, growler fill $11

Southsiders IPA: We got together with 5 Rights Brewing Co to brew their 10 year anniversary hazy IPA. Expect flavors and aromas of sweet peach, canned pineapple, Rainier cherry and lemon zest. Simcoe, Citra, Cryo Krush, Necteron hops. Contains wheat!
4oz $4.50, 10oz $6.25, 16oz $8.25, growler fill $12

This Could Have Been An IPA Imperial IPA: We got together with our pals from Taproom Brewing, Holy Mountain, Stoup, Fast Fashion, Varietal and Human People (attended via text message) and brewed “a real ding dong of a beer” according to Colin from Holy Mountain. This big silly hazy IIPA is bursting with flavors and aromas of ripened fruit salad, friendship, various melon types, too many text messages and Meyer Lemon. Krush, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Columbus, El Dorado hops. ABV 8%
4oz $5, 10oz $7.50, 16oz $9, growler fill $13

LIGHTER ⋆ NOT-SO-HOPPY

A Letter To A Wildflower Hoppy Wheat Ale: A lightly hazy fluffy wheat beer redolent with flavors of ribes (that's "currants" for you savages), sauvignon blanc, stone fruit, pine, citrus peel, and a little lychee. Columbus, Cascade, Krush, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. Contains wheat. ABV 5.5%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill $10

Bialous Italian Pilsner: We had our pals from Coldfire Brewing over to whip up a very fancy batch of Italian Pilsner. It's crisp, it's dry, it's floral, it's got some spice and it's just right. Saphir and Sterling hops. ABV 4.8%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5.00,  16oz $6.50, growler fill $10

Comet Lager: Crisp and refreshing, this light lager is the perfect beer for aspiring astronauts, amateur astrologists, or any person who occasionally glances upwards. Comet hops. ABV 4.2%
4oz $2.25, 10oz $4 16oz $5.50, growler fill $7

Georgetown Tavern Beer: A crisp, easy-drinking lager that will complement any conversation, home project, novel or online shopping spree. Simcoe hops. ABV 4.2%
4oz $2.25, 10oz $4 16oz $5.50, growler fill $7

Gusto Crema Coffee Ale: Building on Gusto Crema blend, a medium roasted bean from our friends at Caffè Umbria, we made a smooth, rich cream ale. This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt. Gold medal winner in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016! Contains lactose. ABV 4.6%
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, growler fill $11

Manny’s Pale Ale: Our Flagship beer! A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. Crisp, clean and smooth with hints of citrus and fruit. Summit, Cascade hops. ABV 5.4%
4oz $2.75, 10oz $4.50, 16oz $6, growler fill $9

Roger’s Pilsner: Oregon grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma, while the malt character is accentuated by a German Lager yeast that ferments dry but round and complex. Sterling hops. ABV 4.9%
4oz $2.75, 10oz $4.50, 16oz $6, six pack $11, growler fill $9

MALTY ⋆ DARK ⋆ STRONG

9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%
4oz $2.75, 10oz $4.50, 16oz $6, six pack $11, growler fill $9

18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for nearly a year in bourbon barrels. The final blend tempers the hot and heavy nature of Heaven Hill casks with a softer, more mellow bourbon from a selection of wheated bourbon casks. Tasting notes include cocoa dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs.
ABV 10.5%
4oz $5, 10oz $7.50, 22oz bottle $16

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill N/A

Our Growler Program is a little different

We prefill all of our growlers with a custom 3 head growler filler. We sold 99,128 growlers in 2016 so you can see why we do it this way!

You make a one time purchase for the growler glass ($5) and the beer fill. When you’ve finished your beer, rinse out your growler, bring it back, and we’ll send you home with one that is already filled and ready to go and you only pay the price of the beer fill.

Please note, this is not a deposit program, so we do not give money back for empty growlers. If you can’t use your growler anymore, gift it to a friend!

Our prefilled growlers are as fresh as they get and will last unopened for two weeks in the fridge, sometimes more (but they never stick around that long).
