Join us in the tasting room!

We are open 10am-8pm everyday! Scroll down for our tap menu!

offerings

We offer pints in addition to 64oz growlers, cans, and kegs to go. As our hours are limited, we encourage you to explore our neighborhood where there is plenty of Georgetown beer on tap.

We do not have food onsite, but you can pick up something in the neighborhood, or we can offer a delivery suggestion while you are here!

Visiting from out of town and can’t take the beer with you? We might have a shirt or hat just your size that would make a great souvenir.

Inclusivity is important to us

Both children and dogs are always allowed in our tasting room! But they must stay with your party at all times.

Inclusivity is important to us. We are wheelchair accessible and have some low seating options (with more on the way!). We also have gender neutral bathrooms. If there is something we have overlooked, or something you think we can do better to create a more inclusive experience, please let us know!

HOPPY

Bodhizafa IPA: With flavors and aromas of mandarin and citrus, this IPA gets its light, silky texture from rolled oats. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Columbus, Chinook, Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 6.9%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $13, single 16oz can $3.25, case of 24 16oz cans $56, growler fill $10

Cloud Cover IPA: There is a conspiracy theory that the Fruit of the Loom cornucopia never existed and that it was a figment of our imagination. However, thankfully the cornucopia of tropical fruit and mainland fruit flavors and aromas is very real in Cloud Cover IPA. It's so real you may question if this is really beer at all. Citra, Mosaic, ADHA 1631. ABV 6.9%
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, growler fill $11

Johnny Utah Pale Ale: With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 5.6%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $12, growler fill $10

Juniorzafa IPA: Modeled after the Bodhizafa recipe, but brewed to be lighter, Juniorzafa still has the bright, tropical aromas from the Citra, Mosaic and Chinook hops you love, but with a lower ABV. ABV 5.4%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $13, growler fill $10

Lucille IPA: A classic PNW style IPA with flavors and aromas of fresh pine, navel orange zest, mild strawberry and an appropriate bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. Columbus, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Comet hops. ABV 7.0%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, six pack $13, growler fill $10

Macro Dose IPA: What does Macro Dose IPA and the Bantam rooster, the honey badger, the Douglas squirrel and the 1988 Toyota Tacoma all have in common? They are all small in stature, but are mighty nonetheless and have incredible off road capabilities. Slapping above its weight class, this full bodied IPA has flavors and aromas of ripened navel orange, floral pine and finishes with a snappy bitterness. Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Dyanboost Mosaic, Krush, Hyperboost Citra, Simcoe hops. ABV 3.2%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill $10

LIGHTER ⋆ NOT-SO-HOPPY

8° Czech-Style Lager: A double decocted Czech pilsner that doesn't compromise in flavor despite being low in alcohol. The beer beer begins with an assertive herbal hop bitterness balanced by notes of fresh baked bread, cracker like maltiness and surprising amount of body that makes it easy to go back for another sip. Czech Saaz hops. ABV 3.1%
4oz $3.25, 10oz $5, 16oz $6.50, growler fill $10

Georgetown Tavern Beer: A crisp, easy-drinking lager that will complement any conversation, home project, novel or online shopping spree. Simcoe hops. ABV 4.2%

This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt. Gold medal winner in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016! Contains lactose. ABV 4.6%
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, growler fill $11

4oz $2.75, 10oz $4.50, 16oz $6, growler fill $9

Roger’s Pilsner: Oregon grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma, while the malt character is accentuated by a German Lager yeast that ferments dry but round and complex. Sterling hops. ABV 4.9%

MALTY ⋆ DARK ⋆ STRONG

9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%
4oz $2.75, 10oz $4.50, 16oz $6, growler fill $9

18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for 9 monhts in 1792 Distillery bourbon barrels. Tasting notes include cocoa-dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs. ABV 9.7%

Basket Case Dark Lager: Brewed for and with our friends at Skyway Coalition, Basket Case is named after a beloved Skyway institution, Basket Case Drive-In Burgers, lost in 2011 to an asphalt paver. This beer is super bright, a little toasty, smokey, and malty with very nice, tight sweetness on the finish. 100% of proceeds benefit Skyway Coalition, an organization working to improve resources, create a comprehensive community development program, fund affordable housing and build a community center for the residents of Skyway. ABV 5.1%
4oz $4, 10oz $5.50, 16oz $7.25, growler fill $11

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%

Our Growler Program is a little different

We prefill all of our growlers with a custom 3 head growler filler. We sold 99,128 growlers in 2016 so you can see why we do it this way!

You make a one time purchase for the growler glass ($6) and the beer fill. When you’ve finished your beer, rinse out your growler, bring it back, and we’ll send you home with one that is already filled and ready to go and you only pay the price of the beer fill.

Please note, this is not a deposit program, so we do not give money back for empty growlers. If you can’t use your growler anymore, gift it to a friend!

Our prefilled growlers are as fresh as they get and will last unopened for two weeks in the fridge, sometimes more (but they never stick around that long).
