Tiburón Chido Hispanic Heritage Vienna Lager: Did you know that the only true Vienna lager in the world has long been brewed in Mexico? Thanks to the quirks of history, this classic European style found a second home in Mexico, because sometimes style outlives empire. And we’re bringing it back with a local twist! Brewed by Joe and Tina, Tiburón Chido is a crystal-clear, deep golden lager with lively carbonation and a bright white head. The rich breadiness of the malts pairs beautifully with the clean bitterness of Saaz hops—you’d swear you were strolling along the Danube to the sounds of Mozart and Strauss... or maybe through Mexico City’s Plaza de la Constitución. Named after Joe’s cat, Tiburón means shark, Chido means "cool," or "rad.” All proceeds go to Seattle's Casa Latina who provides education, programs, and resources for Latinx immigrants. ABV 5.7%
