Part of a new sour series from brewer Craig, this ale is all about that big jammy aroma. Citrus and light lactic pop at the first sip gives way to sweet raspberry jam complemented by grainy undertones from locally grown and malted rye (lingering spice), wheat (soft & pillowy), spelt (grapenut), and light Munich (fresh sweet rolls). Finishes dry. It's like drinking an uncrustable but they forgot the peanut butter, alright? Contains wheat.
