Fermented with Philly Sour in the primary and brettanomyces in the cask, sip upon the dregs of youth in this fruited and flowered barrel aged mixed culture golden ale. Still has that nice chewy malt bill behind it giving flavors and aromas of subtle spice and fresh sweet rolls finishing with a pillowy mouthfeel. This version exhibits a lovely rosé hue and some light and bright jolly rancher notes, plus citrus and funk. Sabro hops. Contains Wheat.
