Sea of Life starts with a wild Golden Ale fermented with brettanomyces and lactobacillus where it is transferred to barrels for additional aging on a selection of fruit or in specialty barrels. There is no set schedule for these beers, they are ready when they are ready. Previous versions include: Dry Hopped Peach Solera, Merlot, Sangiovese, Apricot, Nectarine, Cabernet, Blackberry, Cranberry-Orange, Red Wine + Bourbon. Contains wheat.
