A 100% Roy Farms Chinook IPA! We used Chinook in the Whirlpool, 400 lbs of fresh Chinook in the hop back (26 lbs per barrel), Chinook pellets in an early dry hop and more Chinook pellets in a late dry hop.  Fresh hop notes of grass, spice, pine and a little sweetness.

  • Malts - 2 Row Pale, Pilsner
  • Hops - Fresh Chinook, Chinook T90 pellets
  • Yeast - English Ale
  • Other - Flaked Oats
  • ABV - 6.5%
  • Best By - 60 days from packaging
