We took all the hop varieties in Lucille (Columbus, Cascade, Centennial , Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra) and rearranged them throughout the entire brew to create a familiar, but different experience in this new interpretation of our very first IPA. A soft bitterness complements aromas of cut citrus and ripe peach, bursting with flavors of pine and lemon zest.
