The end of Summer is harvest time for barley and hops, and this inspires Ryan to make a beer dedicated to both of them. Using our Northwest 2 Row, we add Special-B and Chocolate malts to give it a rich malt body. Then fresh Mosaic hops go into the brew giving the beer a pungent, spicy and tropical fruit aroma. (first brewed in 2011 when Mosaic was a top secret experimental hop HBC369)
