Homebrewer Beth Hawes made a super rad lager using Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops for a unique spin, giving her brew some new world flair. It was so rad and well made, it took first place in the first annual All Women's ProAm competition put on by Sound Homebrew Supply. Working with Georgetown brewer Jen, Beth's recipe was scaled up so we could replicate the award winning brew on our 15 barrel system, and with the help of fellow homebrewer Krysten Thompson, the three of them brewed up this tasty beer.
