Georgetown brewers decided to try their hand at an English Style Bitter, diverting sparged Lovely Reida wort to the 15bbl system. The result is a sweet and malty beer with a floral, herbal hop flavor, but strong bitterness is reminiscent of an IPA without the citrus character.
