In the Bunk Beds collaboration saga, Top Bunk IPA is the sister batch to Chainline Brewing's Bottom Bunk IPL. Our version is a single infusion mash fermented with ale yeast (a top fermenting yeast, hence, the top bunk). The result is a sassy citrusy pillow fight - lots of fruit with low bitterness from the Galaxy, Comet and Sterling hops. Contains wheat.
