Just for funsies, Medwards diverted a small amount of one of our more popular beers to a smaller fermenter and used London III yeast instead of our Georgetown house yeast. The end result yielded a higher finishing gravity with rich fruity flavors and aromas reminiscent of navel orange, peach candy, apricot and juniper. Can you guess which beer?
