Master homebrewer Annie Johnson made a super rad Helles. It was so rad and well made, it took first place in the 2nd annual All Women's ProAm competition put on by Sound Homebrew Supply. Working with Georgetown brewer Tina, Annie's recipe was scaled up to brew on our 15 barrel system. Bright copper in color, this lager has flavors and aromas of mildly toasted toffee, a light peppery spice, herbal notes from the Noble hops and crisp bitterness that finishes clean.
