Because a lot of us are still staying put, we’ve crafted the perfect beers for sittin’ in. We took the base recipe and mixed up the hop ratios (Columbus, Citra, Idaho 7 and Strata) to see what sort of results we could get while using the same ingredients. Both beers have their similarities, but Messina got Columbus, Idaho 7, Strata as well as Citra in the dry hop, giving more subtle citrus qualities like grapefruit zest and lemon balm.
