Le Blé has been aging for 13 months in chardonnay barrels, being seduced by a bewitching blend of Brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and Belgian saison yeast. Intensely rich and complex, this wheatwine is awash in notes of sour cherries, dried fruit, honey and graham crackers.
