This year brewer Tina took on the task of developing and brewing the annual Pink Boots beer using the Pink Boots hop blend from YCH (HBC 630, Idaho Gem, Loral, Talus, Triumph). The result is a snappy and bright West Coast style pale with flavors and aromas of watermelon, lemon zest, apricot and a touch of white oak. Portion of proceeds to benefit the Seattle chapter of Pink Boots Society!
