This fresh hop IPA is funky, fresh and fabulous. We used Idaho 7 pellets in the whirlpool, 400 lbs of fresh Idaho 7 from Loftus Farms in the hop back (26 lbs per barrel), Idaho 7 pellets in an early dry hop and more Idaho 7 pellets in a late dry hop. This unique IPA has flavors and aromas ranging from fruit salad to cedar planks and all the way to cannabis.
