Farallon IPA, named after the ancient tectonic plate that stretched all along the West Coast of North America, is a hoppy and bright capital West capital Coast IPA. Brewer Tina has been working on brewing the WC style, and used some classic hops for their piney aromas and flavors of grapefruit and apricot, once again proving West is the Best.
