For this updated "Cold IPA" experiment (an IPL/IPA hybrid), we took some Bodhizafa and fermented it with lager yeast at ale fermentation temperatures. The result has some similar flavors and aromas as regular Bodhizafa, but with additional dank characteristics in line with overripe mango and guava.
