It's the BPP's 18th which is significant because now they can vote, use a meat slicer at a deli, drive a taxi, get a tattoo, buy spray paint, pawn something and buy a pack of Winston Lights at the corner store. Sounds like Sean might be trying to scare up 16(?) different Gtown beers for the taps  to celebrate. Special toast at 8pm *wink*wink*
