Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial and Northern Brewer hops to create what we'd like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm.. porter. Buy it by the pint at the Nine Pound Hammer or come on in to our retail shop for growlers to go!

Arguably one of our most important and popular brews, Bob's Brown Ale is brewed once a year and released every May 14th (Bob's birthday). 100% of the proceeds from Bob's are donated in honor of Charles "Bob" Hirsch to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington and Alaska to provide a "home away from home" for Children's Hospital patients and families. A big, chocolaty, hoppy brown brew, the only thing nutty about it are the brewers that make it. ABV 6.2% half gallon fill $12
Bob's is a special beer brewed in honor of our friend, Bob Hirsch, who fought cancer valiantly for many years. He lived his final days to the fullest and he is an inspiration to all of us.

Bob's Brown Ale is big and brown with lots of hops. We use a blend of 2-row Pale, Caramel, Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Barley Malts, then add sh*t loads of Centennial and Crystal hops to make this a meaty brown brew. Alcohol by volume is 6.3%.

Darn tasty low-alcohol IPA

For beer lovers
Paying homage to the great state of Utah and the possibly the finest actor of our generation, Johnny Utah is a low-alcohol, session IPA. It's packed full of Chinook and Crystal hops making this very light-bodied ale taste bitter and a lot like grapefruit juice! Get your hops and don't get all jack-wagoned up at the same time! Just remember.... "Utah, get me two!"

Waldman is modeled after an English Ordinary Bitter with a few decidedly Belgian stylings. It is brewed with Northern Brewer hops and 36 lbs of Belgian Candi Sugar then fermented with a Belgian Ale yeast. We finish with Brettanomyces "Wild" Yeast Strain and a heavy dose of dry hops. The Brett is carried over to the bottles where Waldman continues to develop complex flavors throughout bottle conditioning
